These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RaceQ mobile application (“RaceQ,” the “App,” or the “Service”), provided by Kamalaben Modi (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using RaceQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About RaceQ
RaceQ is an independent application designed for motorsport racing fans.
The App may provide features including:
Race schedules and event information;
Driver and constructor standings;
Home screen and/or lock screen widgets;
Wallpapers;
Motorsport-related information and content; and
Other features that may be introduced or modified from time to time.
Features and content available through RaceQ may change without notice.
2. Eligibility and Use of the App
You may use RaceQ only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree not to use RaceQ:
For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
In a way that could damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the App or its services;
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to RaceQ's systems, servers, APIs, or data;
To reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
To copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit RaceQ or its proprietary content without permission;
To circumvent security measures, access restrictions, or technical limitations; or
In any manner that infringes the rights of the Service Provider or any third party.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to RaceQ where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Trademark Disclaimer
RaceQ is an independent racing companion app. RaceQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Formula One, Formula One Licensing B.V., the FIA, any Formula 1 team, driver, or other related rights holder.
F1®, Formula 1®, FORMULA ONE®, FIA Formula One World Championship®, Grand Prix®, and related trademarks, names, logos, and intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
Team names, driver names, circuit names, race and event names, logos, images, and other motorsport-related references that may appear within RaceQ are used for informational, editorial, and identification purposes where applicable.
RaceQ does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or intellectual property. The appearance or reference of any third-party name, trademark, team, driver, event, or other property within RaceQ does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or approval of RaceQ by the respective rights holder.
4. Race Schedules, Standings and Information
RaceQ may display race schedules, standings, results, event details, statistics, and other motorsport-related information obtained from third-party or publicly available sources.
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that information displayed in RaceQ will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Race schedules, session times, standings, results, participants, and other information may change due to official decisions, delays, cancellations, penalties, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
You should verify important information through appropriate official sources.
RaceQ should not be considered an official source of Formula 1 information.
5. Widgets
RaceQ may provide widgets that display information such as upcoming races, schedules, countdowns, standings, or other motorsport information.
Widget information may not always update immediately due to operating-system restrictions, background refresh limitations, network connectivity, battery optimization, or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee that widgets will update in real time or at any particular interval.
6. Wallpapers and Visual Content
RaceQ may provide wallpapers and other visual content for personal use. Unless otherwise indicated, wallpapers made available through RaceQ are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or represent RaceQ-provided wallpapers as your own unless you have the necessary rights or express permission to do so.
Certain visual materials, names, logos, photographs, designs, or trademarks may belong to third-party rights holders. All applicable rights remain with their respective owners.
7. Intellectual Property
RaceQ itself, including its original application design, user interface, software, code, branding, graphics, icons, and original content created specifically for RaceQ, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of RaceQ or its intellectual property to you.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, names, logos, statistics, data, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-Party Services
RaceQ may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality.
These may include analytics, crash reporting, data infrastructure, content delivery, or other technical services.
RaceQ currently uses Google Firebase, including Firebase Analytics, for analytics and related purposes.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, operation, or practices of independent third-party services.

9. Internet and Device Requirements
Some RaceQ features may require an active internet connection.
You are responsible for any mobile data, internet, device, carrier, or other charges incurred when using the App.
RaceQ may not function correctly on every device, operating-system version, or configuration.
We may update the minimum technical requirements for RaceQ as the App evolves.
10. Updates and Changes to RaceQ
We may periodically update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of RaceQ.
Updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility, improve functionality, address security issues, correct errors, or introduce new features.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature or content will remain available indefinitely.
11. Advertising
RaceQ may display advertising. If advertising is introduced, advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising services and may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.
12. Purchases and Subscriptions
RaceQ may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future.
If paid services are offered, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Purchases made through an app marketplace may also be subject to the marketplace provider's payment and refund terms.
If RaceQ currently does not offer purchases or subscriptions, this section does not create an obligation for us to introduce them.
13. Privacy
Your use of RaceQ is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, and handled when you use the App.
By using RaceQ, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
14. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep RaceQ available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
RaceQ may temporarily or permanently become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party service failures, network outages, changes to external data sources, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from temporary interruptions or circumstances reasonably outside our control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaceQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or compatible with every device.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of race schedules, standings, results, statistics, wallpapers, widget information, or other content displayed through RaceQ.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, RaceQ.
This may include losses resulting from inaccurate or delayed race information, service interruptions, widget update delays, device incompatibility, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of RaceQ, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.
18. Termination
You may stop using RaceQ at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to RaceQ where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving misuse, security threats, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will continue to apply where legally appropriate.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to RaceQ, our services, applicable laws, or business practices.
Your continued use of RaceQ after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or other laws that apply based on your location.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the RaceQ Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or services, constitute the agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding your use of RaceQ.
